Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags
- In its original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.
Warranty
All products come with a limited warranty starting from the date you receive your goods:
- 30-Day Warranty for Software Errors: Covers operating system issues, pre-installed app malfunctions, or software-based failures not caused by third-party apps or misuse.
- 7-Day Warranty for Hardware Issues: Covers internal hardware defects such as display, battery (not wear and tear), motherboard, or other components not caused by human error.
Important: The warranty is void if the product shows signs of:
- Water damage
- Physical damage (e.g. cracked screens, dents)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Improper use or negligence
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse
- Custom-configured or modified products
- Sale items or gift cards
- Any mismatch, dissatisfaction, or incompatibility arising from the customer’s failure to read, understand, or review the product description, including but not limited to specifications, condition, included accessories, and compatibility
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. We reserve the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange that does not meet the above conditions. All decisions are final.
