Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via JP Post (日本郵便), ensuring fast and secure delivery across Japan.

Shipping Schedule

  • We ship every day.
  • Orders placed before 16:30 (4:30 PM JST) are shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 16:30 are shipped the next business day.
  • Our JP Post collection time is 17:00 (5:00 PM JST).

2-Day Delivery Areas

北海道, 福岡, 佐賀, 長崎, 熊本, 大分, 宮崎, 鹿児島, 沖縄

Example: An order shipped on 1 May 2025 before 16:30 will arrive on 3 May 2025.

1-Day Delivery Areas

All other prefectures

Example: An order shipped on 1 May 2025 before 16:30 will arrive on 2 May 2025.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on all products across Japan
  • AirPods orders will incur a flat shipping fee of ¥1,500 (all areas)

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, JP Post will send you a tracking email directly.

This email includes your tracking number and the expected delivery date.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. Incorrect emails may prevent you from receiving tracking information.

Receiving Your Order

We recommend recording a video of the unboxing process as proof in case your item is damaged or incorrect.
